Founded in 1982, Phoenix-based CFS Mortgage Corporation is a closely-held mortgage banking firm licensed by the state of Arizona.

We originate all types of residential real estate loans including conventional, conforming, FHA, VA jumbo, lot and construction, second mortgage/home equity and investor. Commercial loans are offered on a limited basis.

Our staff numbers 30, of whom 20 are loan officers averaging 10 years mortgage lending experience. Approximately half have been with CFS for more than five years. The loan processing staff has extensive mortgage lending experience, as well. This experience level is substantially higher than the industry standard, allowing us to achieve an enviable reputation for competence and efficiency with customers, clients and industry peers.

Specializing in purchase transactions, we have been recognized for many years as one of the top 25 lenders in Maricopa County by the Phoenix Business Journal. We enjoy longstanding and excellent relationships with real estate agents, custom and high-production home builders and a variety of other community and industry sources.
