Founded in 1982, Phoenix-based CFS Mortgage Corporation is a closely-held mortgage banker licensed in Arizona and California. Specializing in purchase transactions, CFS has originated over 15,000 home loans over the past 25 years. We have been recognized for many years as one of the top 25 lenders in Maricopa County by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Today, CFS originates all types of residential real estate loans including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, lot and construction. As a full service mortgage banker CFS maintains complete control of the loan transactions, from origination through closing, utilizing a wide selection of institutional investors. As a result, our clients can expect on-time closings.  This sense of urgency is not typically found with large financial institutions.

Our staff’s extensive lending experience has allowed us to maintain long standing and excellent relationships with real estate agents, custom and high-production home builders and a variety of other community and industry resources.
